If you happen to frequent our site, you would know that every Friday we give away free gear from your favorite snowboard brands. If you don’t happen to frequent our site, and just came here because you saw a Facebook post that said “FREE STUFF”… then welcome to snowboardermag.com you cheapskate. Anyway, this week we are giving away some summer-friendly gear from 686 including a tank, boardshorts, and a hat. Since we are stuck behind desks right now, we want to go on vacation in our minds through your answers. In the comment section below tell us the best scenario in which you would be wearing this gear… where you would be, what you would be doing, you get the idea. We will pick our favorite answer to get hooked up with the items above.

I would be in North Shore Oahu Hawaii. Catching a Gnarly Tube, and Busting out the other side, Pitch the Board back up the Wave to a Sick Back Flip, ditch the board and drop in the water! All in 686 Gear!

I would be wearing this outfit on the wakeboard boat up in lake chelan, Washington or down on the beach riding stand up jetskis in my hometown of wenatchee, Wa getting the ladies all horndogged out and sendin em home wet so everyone wins. Then I’d dry off and mob to the casino, win a ridiculous sum of money, and chase winter and heli shred for the rest of my days

I would go kitesurfing in a chicks championship, making some downloop- Sbends and unhooked downloops and win the champion ship (and it wouldn’t matter that i’m 15). After that super awesome photoshoot of the winner ^.^ and chilling with the snowboarder magazine.

I’d be wearing it as I walk thru the parking lot on the way down to the pool at my apartment complex. All the ladies would see me looking all fly in my fresh gear, throw on their bikinis and come and try to get a piece. aww-yeah.

easy i would be riding an alpaca up an active volcano and when i got to the top i would have the best lava boarding run ever. i would ride the fire straight into the sea and then hop on my surfboard for epic barrels

July 24th through August 4th im going to Hilton head South Carolina. Temperatures are gonna be in the 3 digits. Gonna be hot as hell, going bungy jumping and jetskiing for my first time! and i was looking to rock some new clothing to impress the ladies and to make myself look good by not wearing hand-me-downs from my older brother. With gear this fresh, I don’t need to do anything, but post up at the city pool and turn my creeper level to 11! After that, you could find me on the stoop encompassed in a cypher with the home boys. I’ll be hiking up a mountain on a poorly marked trail which leads to a lake that nobody knows. I’m bringing an inflatable raft, a fishing rod, and a tent to spend the night in. Got a variety of bulk foods packed and lots of water. Last time I was more adventurous than prepared and took a trail that spit me out in the next town miles away. Here’s to knowing where you’re going at all times…in logo emblazoned gear so everybody knows whats up when you get there.

It starts off by long boarding to the lake, when I get there I hop on a boat with some bros and babes. We do a little cliff diving, tubing and wake boarding. After we go to my house and have a massive BBQ with music and a fire. Just some friends and I doin’ it the best we can.

I would hop in the convertible with some friends. Id drive up to Michigan at the lake house and then I would go wakeboarding and tubing all day. once the day comes to a end I would crack open a ice cold beer and have a huge bonfire.

Wear it on the flight to the southern hemisphere while chasing the snow. Once there, ditch it (temporarily, of course) for your 686 winter gear while plowing pow. Back at base, jump back into the summer gear for the after party.

It’s a beautiful, sunny, summer day. 93 degrees with a few wispy clounds over head and a cool breeze blowing. The birds are chirping. I’m sitting in a lawn chair under an umbrella in the backyard with my feet dangling in my daughter’s pool, while she splashes around. The ipod is on, playing a little Zeppelin. I’ve got an ice cold bottle of corona in my hand and a couple more inside, cooling in the fridge. I’ve got nothing that I need to be doing and nowhere else i need to be. Everything is right in the world.

I would carve it up through city park on my longboard, blast past all the volley ballers, dog walkers and cruiser bike boys. Listening to something like Juno Reactor, feeling the breeze on my face, as the warm sun beats down. When I arrive on the beach I’ll throw down my 686 tank and shorts, with just my bikini I’ll dive in. Cool water rushes around my skin and I’m refreshed and ready to skate again.

i would start off by heading around town on my long board head over to a friends to get the boat out and get some wake boarding in and maybe even some tubing then go find some girls and get to the partying!! and get up at noon the next day and do it all over again!

It starts out by not getting on my long board because i’m not a hipster. It would start with a roadtrip to lake chelan with my chick, my bestfriend who just returned from the navy, just in time for summer, and his chick. we would immediately get out head to the beach and soak up the sun with some adult beverages. once we’re all loose as a goose we’d go make some friends with a boat so we could enjoy the water, and if not i’d rent a crappy seadoo that we’d ride until it dies. After the sun sets we’d all sit around the fire listening to the dirty heads, sublime, or even ballyhoo passing spliffs and a bottle of whiskey and just milking one of those great summer days until we all passed out. Then we’d do it all over again.

I’m at home doing it… I miss snowboarding season like crazy, my girlfriend and I both do it and have a lot of y’alls magazine’s which makes us miss it even more. The good thing about this contest is that I can wear this outfit anytime I please because I live in Texas, anyway… I’m going on vacation within’ the next week, maybe a little longer than that to Flordia, So… i’ve been getting more stoked everyday. Having this wore-drobe would be pretty rad since my plans on this vacation is to be long boarding at the beach everyday, and / or wear the outfit wakeboarding in the water. Makin’ all my friends jealous and what not… espically my girlfriend since she loves y’all ;)

i would be on a trip to miami where i would go clubbing. them i would go surfing the next day. while surfing i would fall of my board and find the city of atlantis where i meet some hot mermaid that teaches me to breath under water. then i use my power to go impress some hot girl while i set a world record. after that i would take her back to my pack where this outfit out not be needed and them i wake up the next morning fly in a private jet to portland oregano and go snowboarding on mt hood where i meet another hot chick and this is only the first two days!

My girlfriend & I just moved to Fort Collins, CO & we’re stoked about being here & getting to enjoy the outdoors, not to mention the upcoming snowboard season. We have plans to do a lot of adventuring in the parks but we’ve been talking about going tubing in the river that runs through town. This outfit would be perfect to wear tubing, the shorts are perfect for the icy cache la poudre river and the tank will keep me cool when dealing with the hot CO summer. Not to mention the hat will protect me from the suns rays so that I can get back out there another day.

Lake tahoe. sunny day. 87 degrees out, clear skies. beautiful women… everywhere. the ones that are down to get down with the bros. the sweet aroma of burger patties on grills. you’ve got a burger in one hand, a frosty coors light (straight outta the cooler) in the other. One girl to the right (blonde) and another to the left (brunette). add some sick retro shades with mirror reflective lenses that are dark orange, a jet ski near your premise, loud bumpin music, lots of people, alcohol (lots of it), and wellah. you’ve got the perfect scenario for your steezy 686 gear.

I’ll be shredding in that all winter over here in southern indiana cuz thts about how hot it is out here in the winter… shred on anything u got is my motto!! OR shred all summer at the Liberty Mountain Snowflex Center in Lynchburg, VA! Nothing like snowboarding in 100 degree weather!
