The trick that struck me was at :28 the floating fs 180 indy because it was just so stylish and steezy. It wasnt just another one of those huge 9′s or 10′s that pros huck.

  • Grant Giller

The gogles are sweet! So is the event the guys get sooo high it redicuolos.

  • Calvin

I dont really know how to add a gravatar..

  • Grant Giller

i like the trick at 1:18 not really sure what i was. but it looks super clean and not hucked and it way higher than a lot of the hucked spins

  • Richard Grant

Yo kick me down with those Oak’s. I’m moving to Michigan so I can use those on the slopes and for the blizzards.

  • Brayden Hall

Oakly goggles are sooooooo hyphy! I’d rock em all day everday!!

  • Dave

I really enjoyed the wide shot of the 720 at around the 1:54 mark. It was sick!

  • the guy that won

I would like to have these goggles. The VR28 lens is a great all around lens. Everyone wants to rock the chrome mirror. It’s winter when you are riding people. I know you can’t see crap out of that dark lens. There is a time and place for everything.

  • Kyle B

Thesen are some pretty beastly goggles. It would be so sweet to were the stuff that pros do. Also I really need a pair of these oaklys

  • Brad Sutton

I really liked Terje’s Gigantic Haakon Flip it was so huge! You have to have mad skills to get big air in the Quarterpipe that size!

  • Bernardo

about 1:25, nice high tuck knee 720.

  • Masaya

The Method at 26 seconds is so sick, Terje has so much style.

  • Miguel Rionda

The trick where he gets caught on the T-Bar and falls to his stomach, then spins around on his back, and somehow has the strength to pull himself to his feet safely, NO WAIT that was ME. Huge 10m methods are one thing, but let’s see Terje pull that one off! BTW The googles in my gravatar pic got lost this summer in Bailoche, Argentina.

  • Marten

because I was always a big fan of flips I really liked 0.15,I wish I could do that in the pipe..

I must say that I also liked 0.50..what a incredible manual to facky assplant x)

Protectors for my Peepers – Sweet!
    Must win this Schwag….

  • lisenced2ill

nothing like a simple, steezin’, hyper-extended method. shit goes hard @ 0:25. bigups!

  • Peter

    0:25, the method…whoa…when i grow up, i wanna be like him…

  • agenT_X

Best trick is the entire length of the video; Getting all those banners color coordinated, the massive sword; the quarter, and the team together to film and ride! A grand scale, carefully orchestrated drop in. Yeah!!! :D

  • grant bowen

the super smooth spinning backside 7 @ 1:22 is ridiculous. landing blind with that much amplitude…..wow man!

  • grant bowen

the super smooth spinning backside 7 @ 1:22 is ridiculous. landing blind with that much amplitude…..wow man!

  • brendan hart

Terje’s mctwist japan was wicked sick. Super stylish and smooth. One of the best all time riders and he is still goin strong, I could watch him ride all day.

  • Josh Friedrichs

The huuuge Japan @~:31-34ish. it had great extension and the slowmo added to the its epicness. it was ill

  • Phillip Brown

The 720 with a tailgrab starting at :58 seconds and ending at 1:07 was crazy! So good they had to slow it down and show how great it actually was.

  • Will Skaggs

The Method at about :28. One of the simplest yet most stylish, eye-pleasing grabs. I believe it was Terje who does the best tweaked out Methods around. Check out how high he got, all you see is sky! Damn, I wish I could fly like that! Sweeeeeet!

  • Richard

That huge method 26 seconds in was F*^#@&^$ epic

  • Austin

My favorite trick is at 2:01 when the rider does like a switch 180. It could have been a little cleaner but overall a good trick. The photography during the clip is nice how you can see the camera edges that gives it flavor and the camera flash as he descends back to ground.

  • Jacob Wehler

I liked the nose grab 360 at 2:20, because he landed clean and he just looked like a fricken beast spinning w/ the nose grab!

  • Stefan

from 15-22 seconds the trick he did was insane. I cant even identify what exactly it is but he made a difficult trick look effortless and graceful. The slow-mo almost make you hold your breath for a second when watching it.

  • brendanhart

Terje’s mctwist japan was wicked sick. Super stylish and smooth. One of the best all time riders and he is still goin strong, I could watch him ride all day. I wrote it again because before I didnt have the gravitar account

  • Jenny E.

i *also* liked the method @ :25 – :33. i dont know if it’s just because of the slo-mo or what but he def. touched the heavens with that one. he makes it look effortless but it’s so epic that you’re reminded you’ll never do it that good, if that makes any sense! *i hope my gravatar works, we’ll see*

  • Ryan B.

I thought the slow-mo method was so dope. It felt like he was in the air forever.

  • BearcubMandela

Ah the frontside 7 at :42 was gorgeous. We are first introduced to this trick at around :38 where it is slowed down and zoomed in and out. I feel like this adds to the beauty of the maneuver. The melon grab, melancholy, or watermelon in parts of Arkansas, is a nice touch to tell the viewer “I’m about to spit some seeds.” When the full clip is played the smooth effortless style of the rider exclaims loudly,”frontside spins on quarterpipes are back!” Have some.

  • Jordan

hes flying at 0:25 with that method

  • Vlad

The video clip is EPIC and the goggles are sick!! My favorite trick was the Back Side 900 tail grab that started @ :58 seconds and ended at 1:02.

  • eli baron

    who doesnt love free prizes

  • Art Chavez

    I will ride with pride.

  • stephen

I love the air at 0:25 secondsit was super super stylish, flared out and tweaked- made to look effortless. He was going so high and for so long i thought we were gonna need a search party from the International space station!

  • Jocelyn Chu

I’d have to say Terje Haakonsen’s highest air record is very impressive. Terje got his record at the 2007 event when he cleared 9.8 meters. Not bad for the snowboarding legend and organizer of this event!!

Also, Kevin Pearce is fierce! He always does well in this event.

  • Luke Driscoll

Please hook me up with these goggles dudes. I’m moving to Italy this November so I’ll definitely put them to good use. My Spys are falling apart so im gonna have to shell out another $100 bucks or so for new ones and I’m saving for a car so I need everything I can earn. Thanx SNOWBOARDER u guys rule

I dig the McTwist at :15-:22 because its so fluid and the Japan at the end was so tweaked. Plus it reminds me of the Mike McGill and the Search for Animal Chin.

  • Lizzy Konen

Oakley makes the best goggles,,,and that method was outta control!!!

  • Brandon Owlett

I love Oakley they make awesome goggles and snowbaording with oakley goggles is amazing

  • Brandon Owlett

i had some smith goggles but i have heard great things about oakleys and these goggles are sick

  • Andrew Langford

Terje, you animal! Massive, smooth and stylish methods beat any flailing technical trick. His part (from 12s – 36s) further proves his mastery of riding in every aspect…Snowboarding is already distracting me from school, and the season hasn’t even started yet! Thanks for the flick, it was a great break from class – peace

  • Ben

I could deffinetly us a new pair of oakley. The old goggles are getting a bit haggard. Hook me up SBMag!!!!
