The hills are alive!! It’s Friday and whether your situated on the East, West, North or South you can drive and go snowboarding this weekend. Granted the drive might be longer for some. With this early season anticipation every true-blue snowboard junkie’s heart starts to beat a bit faster. We can’t help it. Our focus is shifted; work, rationality, and clear thinking go out the window . Priority number one is shredding.
In the spirit of irrationality we’re giving away a super rare ultra limited SNOWBOARDER Magazine Snowboard. To win all you have to do is find the same photo as below hidden in another post on our site and comment on that page. Tell us why you should win. Tell us your favorite beer. Tell us anything!! Not hard. It could be in any post over the last two months, so start hunting.

The latter didn’t actually stand a chance of winning, but you did make us laugh a bit. Thanks Jdizzle. Some of you might think it was cruel to hide it is a post that is related to skiing, those people clearly didn’t get it.     So a couple months back i was in Chile for some summer shreddin. One wrong turn led to another and next thing i know i was in an avalanche. I don’t remember too much because i blacked out, but eventually i got pulled out by a pack of yetis. A common misconception, yetis are actually the gnarliest group of things on the planet. Super chill, super funny – they’re kinda like a hairier and bigger version on Robin Williams. They took me back to their camp in the side of a mountain where we drank and sung and took part in river dancing till the wee hours. The next morning I decided it was time to part ways with my new yeti bros and go back to base camp. Before I left the yetis asked me of a favor – one of the young yetis “Popsnew” never had the chance to shred with the other yetis because he never had a board. This is because they don’t come by humans that often (they take their boards if they’ve bit the dust in an avalanche). so i gave up my brand new 57 Seven to let the little Popsnew shred. But now the season is rollin round and i don’t have a set up, give me a hand and hook me up with this killer deck snowboarder mag.
