Rome Antics Giveaway: Bowery Gloves

For the latest giveaway with Rome Snowboards, a pair of their high end Bowery gloves (pictured above) are up for grabs. To get your hands on these… or in them head over to their iTunes release edit and tell us your favorite trick in the video and the rider performing it. While you’re at it you might as well download their new movie “The Shred Remains”. We will pick one answer and hook them up with warm digits this winter. Contest ends 10/24/11

    Lnp, duh. I mean obviously it’s the boardslide on the chain! This whole contest is stupid because that should be everyones single answer. It’s the only RIGHT answer! Pencils down class. Case Closed! Now lemme shred in these gloves! lol.

    I’m surprised nobody said ‘LNP’s front boardslide 270 out on the chain was off the chain’. I guess that is a little heavy on the wordplay, so I get it. I’m still going with that as my favorite, but I also dug his ollie indie gap into the quarter pipe wall. That has some significant consequence involved in it.

    Well, call me cheesy, but in all honesty, it’s just the fs layback carve into backside one by who I’m thinkin’ is probably Bjorn, not totally sure if it’s him, but it’s what snowboarding is all about, at least to me, just lovin’ the feeling & totally enjoying it, RIDE 4 LIFE! :o)

    Just to clear the air, I said it was a front boardslide. It isn’t. It is a frontside lipslide to FS 270 out. Everything gets weird once we start talking rail (or in this case chain) tricks. Still claiming it’s the sickest. A FS boardslide is a totally different trick. I have been scoping it out, and I’m 90pct. sure it’s not a BS boardslide because I thin he comes in facing the pole not with it behind his shoulder.

    I’m saying it’s a front lip and not a BS, because at 1:31 you can his board behind the pole.

    Sorry, one more correction from my first post. I just watched LNP’s section and that Ollie Indy into the wall was actually an Ollie into the wall. I needed to catch the other angle. Sick sick section! Also, looking at that from his section, I am totally right. It’s a frontside lipslide 270 out. I’ll lay off now.

    Definitely when someone was crowd riding and was pushed against the ceiling.
    And Hucal’s little spinny jib thing on the side of that bridge. Because it wasn’t in slow motion as much as the rest of the vid.

    Laurent-Nicolas Paquin’s frontside boardslide on the urban chain obstacle was most pleasing. I felt he properly combined a certain style and a talent fueled need to progress, while maintaining the need to have a splendid time on a snowboard throughout his entire part.
