In "Beyond The Boarders" we are turning paper into pixels by bringing you moving images from our features within the magazine. This first edit come from "Sick Days" where Seth Huot, JP Tomich, and Ryan Paul traveled to Niseko, Japan to shred a volcano. Here is the opening paragraph....

"It seems insane to shred an active volcano, but this was the goal on a recent Giro trip to Japan. I got a call from Ryan Paul two weeks prior to leaving. Ryan had never traveled overseas and was taking the proper precautions to ensure he didn’t catch anything 'weird' over in Japan.
'So….do I need to get any shots before I go to Japan?' he asked in the most endearing voice.
'Where do you think we’re going…the Congo?' I replied.
