After a heated battle in Round 2 of Boreal’s Team Video Challenge, Jibles and Bits has emerged victorious with just 51% of the votes. Congratulations to Jibles and Bits, who will move on to the semifinals, and a big thanks to Shenanigans.

For Round 3 we have Gremlinz vs Boyz to Men. During Last year’s Team Video Challenge, the Gremlinz team received the most views, and team member Niko Cioffi won the Standout Ride award. The Boyz to Men crew features Tahoe favorite Nick Visconti and friends. This should be another incredibly close round of voting. Good luck to both teams!

Both of these videos were really entertaining to watch and a good match up. The snowboarding in both truly shows the fun and originality of boreals park. Nial f-ing killed it and the song choice was sweet. Gremlinz edit was all around solid. Why can’t we all just get along.

Like b2m trick creativity better, but that early season arm flail on almost every rail shot put a damper on it. Come on dudes weren’t you at camp all summer? Both Teams are homies so I didn’t vote for either which I think is fair, both did work and am hyped for them. Cant we all just get along? We all snowboarding because it is fun..right? It shouldn’t matter if you are from Rutland VT or Lake Tahoe CA, wear tight jeans or baggy pants/tall tees.. we all got our unique style and bring something different to the sport…thats what makes snowboarding so great! The direction these comments have taken is really sad for snowboarding and really bums me out. We work really hard at Boreal to try and make snowboarding as fun as possible with what we have to work with which isn’t much this time of year. There were many guys on the crew that worked multiple back to back 20hr days to pull off the early season park(with no help from mother nature) for this contest so our local riders could showcase their skills. This contest is our way to try and give back whatever we can to the local riders that are out there everyday doing something we all love and living the dream. Both of these crews put in a lot of hard work to produce these edits and we put in a lot of resources to give these riders the showcase that they deserve. The drama has never been about snowboarding or passion. Everyone knows GBP can snowboard. Most of this hatred is probably a product of their inability to respect others or be happy for other people. Now let me note that I do no know all the GBP kids, and this doesn’t apply to them all by any means eithe.
