First Snow Storm in Utah
October 26

Technine am Brady Larson getting after it on day one.
It’s that time of year, in certain places snow has started to fly and people are getting amped up for winter. Over at SNOWBOARDER Magazine we had word that there were up to 20 inches of snow at the higher elevations out in Utah so we asked Salt Lake local, Sean Kerrick Sullivan, to go out and snap some shots. Winter is here.

Something really big happened in Utah over the weekend and it was not a keg party (kegs are illegal in UT). What was it? The arrival of winter. With up to 20 inches already on the ground at higher elevations and more on the way, fall finally slowed its roll and let winter step to the table.

Waking up to this for the first time in months ought to get you out of bed quick style.

The 7-11 @ the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon. To shreds in SLC, this might as well be the only sev’s.

Watching winter and fall do battle as you drive up the canyon is beautiful, and seeing winter win is a whole nudder’ story.

Brighton. Fuck Alta.

Music to our faces.

Kyle Fischer, stretching the kinks out of a long summer at Brighton.

Parker Worthen made this face, which is what I assume Mark Wahlberg looks like while taking a shit.

Low Tide.

Unlock the rail, and push it in. *No Homo.

Let 2010/2011 begin.

Brandon Hobush.

Parker Worthen has been fly fishing all summer.

Love it or leave it. No room for haters in snowboarding.

This mouse Kyle Fischer found was hecka squirrelly.

Marky Mark, I mean Parker Worthen.

Happy souls.

Alex Cato.

Kyle Fischer for the goal.

Put that in your furnace and burn it.

Be safe out there people. Use your seatbelts, and drive to ride another day.
