There’s something to be said about a guy who films an entire part switch. Born and raised in Mormon country, J.P is one of the most influential riders regardless of what generation you come from. Killing it on screen for over a decade, J.P has accomplished more while strapped in than most people will ever dream of. Simply put, if you don’t know already, you better ask somebody.

In this installment of "Jibberish Volume 2" JP Walker, otherwise known as "The Don" pens another chapter in the book of jibbing that he helped to re-write at The Spot. The Spot is a famed yet secret location where arborism and oppo 270s go hand in hand. Together with fellow legends Jeremy Jones, Simon Chamberlain, Seth Huot, and newcomer Blair McKinney, the crew cleans up their tricks for a season of filming in the streets. As The Spot has progressed over the years, so has the evolution of D.I.Y. Spots in the woods, but as always, JP and crew have helped pave the way in yet another aspect of street snowboarding. So, sit back and get a firsthand look at what you'll be seeing in streets across the world this winter, in the second year of "Jibberish."

Words & Captions: JP Walker
We have been going into the mountains of Utah for snowboarding at the first drop of snow for nearly twenty years. For the last ten years, we have had a place that we cultivated and modified up big cottonwood canyon for early season snowboarding before the resorts are open called, The Spot. This season, we found out that our spot had been vandalized and decimated just before winter started. We tried to fix things up, but it happened again and we still don't know who or why. We never put anything out photo or video-wise of The Spot until last year and this seems to be the result of that. It's like 2Pac said, "jealousy and envy coming for my enemies." Problem is, we don't have any intention of stopping what we do because of something like this. We decided to go legit. This is how it went down.
