DESCRIPTION
Rail jams involve tricks performed by snowboarders and twin tip skiers on rails not unlike those found on city staircases. Rail riding adds a new, skateboard influenced dimension to snowsports because riders don't need to be on a mountain or buy a lift ticket. All they need is a little snow, a downward slope, and a rail to tackle. GLX will be providing snow, rails and riders to perform tricks for the crowd.

Professional and sponsored amateur snowboarders will be competing during this event for a combined purse of $1,000. Attendance is free to spectators. A registration fee of $10 will be required from all competing riders.
