We at Snowboarder Magazine decided to tap into the endless talent pool that is the children's Population at Mt. Hood. Here is their insight on today's Halfpipe Competition at the 2007 Abominable Snow Jam.
ASPEN CAT TRACKS
Dorian Vidal, Gretchen Bleiler, Andy Finch, Chris Hotell, Vegan G, Florian, and I were invited on a private powder excursion with the amazing crew at Aspen Powder Tours. The day included first tracks, follow cams for The Community Project, an incredible gourmet lunch in a cozy mountaintop cabin, and many smiles.
ASPEN OPEN DAY 1
There was a big turnout for the day of qualifying, running five heats of riders, with the top 7 from each heat advancing to the semi-finals on Saturday

Saturday went off at the Aspen Open. Both the men and the women were in the pipe vying for the title of champion.
