Everyone dreams of having their own private terrain park in their backyard. Well in 2003 Ken Block bought some property in Utah to do just that, opening the full blown park known as the DC MTN Lab in 2005. This 22 acre winter wonderland was a sanctuary for the DC team, creating many memorable moments in snowboarding history. As of this year, the property is currently up for sale.... leaving us wondering if DC will create another shredder's paradise in a different location.
