Hola Desde Santiago De Chile

Chilean charger Manuel Diaz has been silently slaying the steeps and chutes of Stevens Pass for the past few seasons. The quiet demeanor may have less to do with being humble than with his English skills which are still a work in progress. What doesn’t need any interpretation is how versed he is at spotting lines and then screaming down the slope. This is why he has often found himself the talk of the Northwest alpine. Here is some POV footage that Manuel has already stacked from the Southern Hemi season. In light of recent tragedies, these shots give a glimpse of the rewards that await those who tempt the risk. Whether it is worth it is a choice left to the individual. I must also note that Aaron Robinson and Manuel were good friends who reveled in each others exploits. Some of the clips included here were posted by A-Rob on his facebook page the morning he passed away.

Manuel rips. Can't wait to see what he does in the next couple of seasons.
