    all you gotta do is tell the guy you signed binding contracts with x games saying that you are not allowed to sue the owner of the property under any circumstances . hell, you can even print out some fake contracts to show the dude. that’s what i would do.

    consult a lawyer and have preprinted waivers. like they have at resorts for season passes. or just make some fake ones. and give up the 5 g’s of course, eitherway i guarantee itll go more smoothly
